Returns and Refunds
At OpenGolfer, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
All we ask is that the item is unused, returned in its original condition, and with all labels, tags, and packaging intact. If your return does not meet these conditions, we’ll contact you to discuss the next steps. If you’re unsure about the return condition of your item, feel free to reach out to us first.
Please note: Returns after 14 days can only be accepted if the item is faulty. This policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Can I return an unwanted item?
Yes — you have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return. Once approved, you have an additional 14 days to return the item. Items must be returned in perfect condition and with undamaged packaging to qualify for a full refund.
How do I return something?
Please contact us at info@opengolfer.co.uk with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will then issue a Returns Authorisation with return instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs for unwanted items are the responsibility of the buyer. All returns must be sent via a tracked delivery service. We cannot refund or replace goods that go missing without proof of delivery.
Alternatively, we can arrange a return collection for you — in this case, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Where do I send my return?
The return address will be included in your Returns Authorisation email. Please do not send any items back without this.
How long will my refund take?
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 14 working days for inspection and processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card or finance provider). Although we process refunds promptly, it may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account.
If your return parcel isn’t clearly marked with your Returns Authorisation number, refunds can be delayed up to 30 days.

Delivery Discrepancies
Please report any delivery issues within 24 hours of receipt. If packaging appears damaged upon delivery, make a note of this before signing for the item.
Missing Items
Upon delivery: If any items are missing, notify us within 24 hours.
During assembly: If a part is missing, contact us with a description. Replacement items or components will be shipped out as quickly as possible.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Damaged goods must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. It is your responsibility to inspect items and note any damage on the delivery note. If no damage is noted at the time of delivery, we may be unable to claim from our courier and cannot guarantee a replacement.
If a fault is due to a manufacturing issue, or occurred in transit, we will replace or repair the item free of charge. Where damage is acknowledged and the item is not usable, we may ask you to dispose of the product locally instead of returning it.
Unwanted or Incorrectly Ordered Items
To return unwanted items, notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt. You must return the goods in their original packaging and condition, along with a completed Returns Authorisation form. You are responsible for safely returning the item. If you prefer, we can arrange a collection and deduct the cost from your refund.
Refused Delivery
If you refuse delivery of your order, you may incur a restocking and admin fee. Shipping fees and administrative costs will be deducted from your refund once the goods are returned to our warehouse.
