UK Delivery

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days using DX Express

Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days (standard)

Free shipping is available for all UK orders over £100.
International Delivery
We do not currently ship to countries outside of the UK.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

Refunds will be processed for the order amount, excluding shipping costs for the return.
- We cannot accept refunds for the linkscube products due its custom design features.

In the rare case your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at info@opengolfer.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your parcel, including your order number and photos of the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
