Is the 3D design really free?
Completely. No deposit, no card and no obligation. The design and the quote are yours to keep, whatever you decide.
What do I need to send?
Your room's length, width and ceiling height. A photo helps but isn't essential. It's also useful to know your rough budget, whether you're right or left handed, and if you already have a gaming-spec PC.
Who does the design?
Tom, OpenGolfer's founder. He draws your room in 3D CAD with the right enclosure, screen, projector, mat and launch monitor options, and replies on WhatsApp personally — usually within the hour, 8am–8pm.
What if my room doesn't fit?
Tom will tell you straight. Our honest minimums are 3.0 m wide, 4.2 m deep and a 2.7 m ceiling. If your room is tight he'll say so and explain what would work instead.
Do I have to buy from OpenGolfer?
No. There are no chasing calls and no pressure. If you do go ahead, you can tweak anything first and order when you're ready.
