Bay size guide
Sizes are width × height × depth of the enclosure itself. Plan a room at least 3.0m wide, 2.7m high (3m or more is ideal) and 4.2m long (4.3m for SIM 5 and 6), with 30cm behind the screen and 8cm clear each side of the frame.
| Bay | Metres (W×H×D) | Screen | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| SIM 0 | 3.3 × 2.5 × 1 | 1.3:1 | Tight-depth rooms |
| SIM 1 | 2.6 × 2.5 × 1.5 | 1.0:1 | Single garages |
| SIM 2 | 3 × 2.5 × 1.5 | 1.2:1 | Most garages |
| SIM 3 | 3.6 × 2.5 × 1.5 | 1.4:1 | Wider rooms |
| SIM 4 | 4 × 2.5 × 1.5 | 1.6:1 | Double garages |
| SIM 5 | 3 × 3 × 3 | 1.0:1 | High ceilings, full depth |
| SIM 6 | 4 × 3 × 3 | 1.3:1 | Dedicated sim rooms |
The GCQuad stands to the side of the ball — no extra depth needed behind you, and it switches for left and right handers in seconds.

Foresight Sports GCQuad
The GCQuad is the most advanced photometric launch monitor available: the world’s first quadrascopic imaging system, four high-speed cameras capturing ball and club head data simultaneously. It is the device trusted by PGA Tour coaches, professional club fitters and academies worldwide — and it runs Foresight's Premier software with a 30-day Foresight+ trial.
The launch monitor
Four high-speed cameras capture ball and club head simultaneously — the technology behind Foresight’s reputation on tour and in fitting studios. Where the GC3 uses three cameras, the GCQuad’s fourth adds the club-head analysis fitters rely on, including impact location on the face.
The data
Ball speed to 0.1 mph, vertical and horizontal launch, spin rate with backspin and sidespin, spin axis, carry, total and apex; club head speed, attack angle, club path, face angle, dynamic loft, impact location and smash factor. Premier course play from $494 a year after a 30-day Foresight+ trial.
The bay
The SimSpace enclosure’s 4K impact screen fixes under tension on all four sides — it pulls flat like a drum, so the picture stays true shot after shot. Velour side and ceiling panels and an aluminium push-connect frame you build in an afternoon. Seven sizes, from the shallow SIM 0 to the 4 × 3 × 3m SIM 6.
The picture
This package is priced without a projector so you can choose. The BenQ AH500ST short-throw is the one we fit in every other room — it sits low on its floor mount and fills the screen without casting your shadow — and it is the first add-on above. One HDMI lead from your PC and Foresight Premier is on the wall.

Every year
Three years on the free Foresight+ tier
£18,449
The package price is the three-year price with your own PC and projector on the free Foresight+ tier; course play adds from $494 a year.
The GC3 room is Foresight’s three-camera unit, about £8,000 less.
2.7m is the minimum for a full driver swing, and 3m or more is ideal. The SIM 0 to SIM 4 bays are 2.5m tall; SIM 5 and SIM 6 are 3m tall and need a ceiling of at least 3.1m. If you’re between those numbers, a few full driver swings in the room will settle it — or send us a video and we’ll tell you.
Not in this package — it is priced for the GCQuad, the enclosure and your choice of mat, so you can add the projector you want. The BenQ AH500ST with floor case is the first add-on on the page and the one we fit in every other room.
Both are Foresight photometric units running Foresight Premier with a 30-day Foresight+ trial. The GCQuad adds a fourth camera for simultaneous ball and club-head capture, including impact location, and is the unit used on tour and in fitting studios. The GC3 room is about £8,000 less.
Your chosen SimSpace enclosure with 4K impact screen, the Foresight Sports GCQuad (30-day Foresight+ trial), your chosen hitting mat, and the setup guide. Add the projector, side netting and a PC from the extras above.
Yes. A mixed household simply switches sides on the mat between players; Tom will confirm the launch monitor placement for your room.
Yes. The options under the buy box show the four ways: with a practice net, this SimSpace room, and the step-down and step-up rooms in the same range. Not sure? A free design consultation sorts it in one message.
