Why does it send the proposal on WhatsApp?

So you have it where you actually make decisions — easy to re-open, easy to share — and so Tom can follow up personally with your free consultation. Just your first name and number; nothing else.

How accurate are the prices?

They're our live store prices, pulled the moment your proposal is built — not estimates. Delivery is calculated at checkout and proposal prices are held for 14 days.

What if my room doesn't fit?

SIM:ON tells you straight — it won't squeeze you into a bad fit. If your ceiling is under our recommended 2.7 m it says so and offers a fit-check with Tom.

Do humans check its work?

Yes — Tom is notified of every proposal SIM:ON builds and reviews it personally. You can WhatsApp him from any proposal page.
