Is SIM:ON free to use?
Completely. Chat as long as you like, get your proposal, share it, sleep on it. No account, no card, no obligation.
Why does it send the proposal on WhatsApp?
So you have it where you actually make decisions — easy to re-open, easy to share — and so one of our experts can follow up personally with your free consultation. Just your first name and number; nothing else.
How accurate are the prices?
They're our live store prices, pulled the moment your proposal is built — not estimates. Delivery is calculated at checkout and proposal prices are held for 14 days.
What if my room doesn't fit?
SIM:ON tells you straight — it won't squeeze you into a bad fit. If your ceiling is under our recommended 2.7 m it says so and offers a fit-check with one of our experts.
Do humans check its work?
Yes — our experts are notified of every proposal SIM:ON builds and review it personally. You can WhatsApp him from any proposal page.
