Will it fit?
Find the bay that fits your room
Sizes are the width × height × depth of the enclosure itself. Plan the room at least 3.0m wide, 4.2m long (4.3m for SIM 5 and 6; 2.8m for the 1m-deep SIM 0) and 2.7m high (3m or more is ideal), with 30cm clear behind the screen and at least 8cm each side of the outer frame.
Check your room
Three measurements. We will show which bays fit.
With a ceiling under 2.7m most golfers cannot swing a driver freely. Tell Tom your height and he will be straight with you about which clubs you can use.
A guide, not a guarantee, using SimSpace’s clearances. Tom confirms every room with a free 3D design before you order. Room lengths shown are for a camera unit, which sits beside the ball. Radar launch monitors sit behind it and need a longer room, per their manuals: 5.2m for the Mevo Gen2 (5.8m with SIM 5 or 6) and 5.85m for the Full Swing KIT (6.45m with SIM 5 or 6).

The trade-offThe grey screen costs about £200 more than the white Platinum bay in the same size. In a garage or a room you can black out, the white screen is the better value.
The questions everyone asks
Will it fit my room?
The UltraMAX comes in all six SimSpace sizes, from 2.6 × 2.5 × 1.5m up to 4 × 3 × 3m. Plan on a room at least 3.0m wide (3.0m for Sim 1, 3.26m Sim 2 and 5, 3.86m Sim 3, 4.26m Sim 4 and 6), 4.2m long (4.3m for Sim 5 and 6) and 2.7m high (3m or more is ideal; 3.1m for Sim 5 and 6), with 30cm behind the screen and at least 8cm each side of the outer frame. Use the room check above, or send Tom your measurements for a free 3D design before you order.
Grey screen or white screen?
The UltraMAX grey screen is a darker projection surface that gives a sharper, richer picture, especially in rooms with ambient light. In a garage or room you can black out, the white Platinum screen is the better value at about £200 less in the same size.
What ceiling height do I need?
The bays are 2.5m high (Sim 1–4) or 3m high (Sim 5 and 6). To swing a driver freely most golfers need 2.7m, and 3m or more is ideal; Sim 5 and 6 need at least 3.1m. If your ceiling is lower, tell Tom your height and he will be straight with you about which clubs you can use.
What is included, and what else do I need?
The metal frame, the 4K UltraMAX grey impact screen and the velour-lined enclosure. To make it a simulator you add a launch monitor, a projector and a hitting mat. The room packages above include all of those in one price.
Which launch monitors does it work with?
All of the ones we sell, including the Garmin R50, Foresight GC3, Full Swing KIT, Square Golf and Uneekor. Camera units sit beside the ball. Radar units sit behind you: the Mevo Gen2 manual puts it 2.4m behind the ball and the Full Swing KIT manual 3.05m (10ft), so check your room length with Tom first.
Can I buy the bay now and add the rest later?
Yes. Plenty of customers start with the enclosure and add the launch monitor and projector when they are ready. If you know you want the full room, the packages above carry a package saving in the price.
