Your frame's inside opening
Measure inside the frame: from upright to upright, and from the floor to the underside of the top bar. The screen needs 10cm clear of the frame at the top and on both sides, so it hangs flat and the ball never hits the frame.

The fit
Why 10cm, and what else to leave

Clear at the top and both sides
The screen hangs inside the frame with 10cm to spare at the top and each side, so the bungees can tension it flat and a ball never hits the frame. A 370 × 270cm frame takes a 350 × 260cm screen.

Free space behind the screen
Leave at least 30cm between the screen and the wall behind it, so the screen can give when the ball hits it.

Measure the inside opening of your frame. The screen is the frame width minus 20cm and the frame height minus 10cm, so it sits 10cm clear of the frame at the top and on both sides. For example, a 370 × 270cm frame takes a 350 × 260cm screen. Leave at least 30cm of space behind the screen.
