The SimSpace Double Sided Impact Screen is built for golfers who put serious ball volume through their simulator. Its reversible two-layer construction means that when the hitting face starts to show wear - the faint ball marks every impact screen eventually picks up - you simply take the screen off, flip it, and hit into a fresh surface. In practice that roughly doubles the working life compared with a single-sided screen of the same fabric.
Both faces give clear, 4K-ready projection, so image quality does not change when you reverse it. The two-layer build also deadens ball impact slightly more than a single layer, which helps with bounce-back and noise in smaller rooms. Reinforced stitching and edge eyelets make mounting and re-mounting on a frame straightforward with bungee cords.
Which size do I need? Ten sizes are available, from 230 x 257.5 cm up to 500 x 300 cm. Measure your frame opening and allow overlap for tensioning. Owners of SimSpace enclosures (Sim 1-6) who want a fitted, toggle-finished screen should look at the SimSpace Replacement Enclosure Screens; the Double Sided is designed for DIY and custom frames where you tension the screen yourself - which is exactly what makes flipping it possible.
Where it sits in the range: the Elite is the lighter entry-level single-layer screen; the Double Sided costs more up front but works out cheaper per thousand balls for high-volume practisers; the Platinum is the premium heavyweight option. Screens weigh roughly 6-12 kg depending on size.
